The staff, especially Miguel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, providing snacks for our early Machu Picchu trip and allowing us to use the facilities after check-out. the location, just steps away from the train station, was incredibly convenient for our travels, and the option to choose between a quieter room or one with a stunning view showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, Hatun Wasi Machupicchu exceeded all expectations and provided a truly memorable experience in Aguas Calientes.
